the naive past.
Today we were released at 200pm as some of my platoon mates have to go to SAFTI MI for Dental Appointment. They were the candidate for overseas posting. Why am I not chosen? Because I didn't tick in the priority box and I find that the 1 year trip to the designated spot in Asia can be quite boring, and the minus point is away from home for a year with only a single home visit. So what if the pay is high... afterall, I don't wish to be away from my friends and family for such a long time, they will miss me you know. lolx.
Once I got home, watched the Taiwanese repeated telecast of Super Sunday. One of the section featured this Taiwanese well-known model who is searching for her long lost buddy whom last contacted 20 years ago. Sheez. that's freaking long. And she was describing her past and how strong the friendship were, to the extend of wanting to live side by side with one another.
This portion sure reminds me exactly 4 to 5 years ago, when my sec sch gang was still standing strong, our bond SEEMS to be unbreakable and when everyone thought we would stay in contact for another 10 to 20 years, we have this silly idea of buying an apartment. 11 of us will stay together, everyone will take turns to cook. Just imagine the havock we are gonna create. Our wish or dream is so naive, but it does bring back some of this silly memories. Looking back at it now, its something worth laughing at. How can it ever happen?
Met Kel and es for dinner. Been a long long long long long time since the last 3 of us hang out. Talked, laughed and gossiped on many things. Then, comes the idea of taking Neoprint together. You know that kind of strange feeling when taking this pictures? Its just something so close to our heart. Hopefully, will be able to get a new 3-in-1 printer soon. So i can scan and upload all these stickers we took during sec sch days.
Eyes closing.... Yawning.... cannot take it anymore. Its time for bed! Good Nite.
